Shipping & Returns


We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely. 

Every effort is made to ensure your order is processed within 1-2 business days of you making the order and a tracking number is sent to you so you can keep track of where your order is.

Due to the strict age restrictions on minors purchasing alcohol in Australia, the wine must be signed for by an adult.

If no-one is home, or there is not an adult present, a card will be left and the parcel will be able to be signed for at the nearest delivery pickup centre or a redelivery card will be left.

We highly recommend selecting a delivery address where you will be present during business hours on Monday to Friday.


Returns can only be accepted if the product is faulty or damaged. Opened bottles or bottles where the seal has been broken cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit.
